Don't Kill the Kids!: Cheesecakes

Hi! My name is Desiree,

I'm a busy mum of 6 (6 kids 2 adults) who started to get sick of the same 'ole same 'ole so started researching recipes that I could tweak for my family. Once I started I couldnt stop....now I have over 1500 recipes and counting!

I am not a cook...I'm also not a photographer so you will not find any fancy schmancy stuff here nor will it be accompanied by beautiful photos and scenery. This started out being my own personal diary on cooking my way through my recipes but then I thought..."Why not share?" I'm sure I'm not the only mother of a large family that is after easy and cheap meals that's going to feed them all....not to mentioned actually 'liked'! And when you have several different people in your house....you also have several different tastes and my rule is...if MOST of the children don't like it then it simply gets ditched! But don't worry there are plenty more where they came from!

You will notice also that there are some things I just don't do....I don't do weird. I don't do wacky and I don't do hard or expensive! And some things I just don't like....like seafood, we are not seafood eaters so I simply don't cook it. I also don't like a lot of fruit in my sweets - so you won't find those.

All in all I hope you enjoy my experiments...you might even like to join in or share what you've discovered!
