Made these for Christmas 2012. Age old recipe that mum use to make. Certainly brought back memories. I actually forgot the recipe so that's the basic recipe but it can be varied, like if it's too wet...add another weetbix or some more coconut etc. Yum!
Ingredients -
10 Weetbix
2 tbls of cocoa
1 cup coconut
1 can of condensed milk
Mix it all together and shape into balls and roll into coconut. Refridgerate until firm.
