*Tried and Tested*
Now this recipe I got from my ex mother in law. She made it once while we were visiting and I loved it so much I had to have the recipe. I've made it a couple of times but when I moved from Toowoomba to Brisbane all those years ago, I somehow lost the recipe. I've been looking and looking...going through all my cookbooks and I could not find that little scrap of paper with it written on. And no, I was NOT going to ring my ex....noooooo. So I just gave up on it until a couple of months ago I was cleaning out some old boxes and lo and behold...there it was! I was most delighted to find it.
Anyway...tried and true recipe and pretty much fail proof as well. I do believe it is an Armenian Slice...so a little bit of culture with your cuppa! :)
